Why does my pet keep lying on the tiles?

Does it really stay cool?
It feels noticeably cool the moment your pet lies down. The fabric is rated Q-MAX >0.5 for heat absorption and needs no water, gel, or power. It won't lower the temperature of the room, and it works best indoors or in the shade.
Is it good for cats?
Yes. Cats love cool, flat surfaces. The Small and Medium sizes are made for cats and small dogs.
Is it safe if my pet chews?
There's no gel or liquid filling inside. As with any bed or mat, supervise pets who like to chew fabric.
Can I wash it?
Yes, it's machine washable. We recommend air drying to protect the fabric.
Will claws damage it?
The fiber is scratch resistant, so normal paw activity and claws won't shred it.
